Looking for a new job? We support you personally, step by step.
Our job application coaching is called JobPerspektive. If you have an AVGS voucher (Aktivierungs- und Vermittlungsgutschein, a German job-center activation voucher) from the Jobcenter or the Agentur für Arbeit, participation is free of charge. A coach will guide you one-to-one for six to eight weeks. You practise writing applications and preparing for job interviews. You only need basic German skills (level A2 or above) to join.
What Is AVGS Coaching in Frankfurt?
AVGS stands for Aktivierungs- und Vermittlungsgutschein (activation and placement voucher), which is issued by German Jobcenters and employment agencies when a measure such as job application coaching helps someone return to work. With this voucher, our AVGS coaching JobPerspektive, offered under § 45 SGB III (German Social Code, Book III), is free of charge.
This is possible thanks to our AZAV certification, which we announced here.
It’s the official German quality seal confirming that our courses are clearly structured and geared towards practical results. The coaching is aimed at jobseekers, long-term unemployed people, those looking to return to work or change careers, older jobseekers aged 50 and above, and people with a migration background.
All you need are basic German skills (level A2 or above), motivation to find work, and a willingness to participate actively.

How much does the coaching cost?
Participation is free of charge with a valid AVGS voucher from the Jobcenter or the Agentur für Arbeit.

This is for your Jobcenter or the Agentur für Arbeit to decide. Speak directly with your caseworker there.
How long does the coaching last?
JobPerspektive runs for six to eight weeks, with 80 teaching units in total delivered as one-to-one coaching.
Do I need to speak good German before I start?
Basic knowledge from level A2 is sufficient. During the coaching, you will develop your German skills to reach level B1.
Is the coaching held online or in person?
