New: JobPerspektive – individual coaching with AVGS funding
Good news for everyone looking for a new career direction:
Lernstudio H&G Frankfurt is launching its new coaching programme JobPerspektive – made possible by our AZAV certification, which we have already told you about. This is the first time we are offering AVGS coaching in Frankfurt.
What is JobPerspektive?
JobPerspektive is individual one-to-one coaching that you can receive with an activation and placement voucher (Aktivierungs- und Vermittlungsgutschein, AVGS) under Section 45 SGB III from the Jobcenter or the Employment Agency (Agentur für Arbeit).
The coaching lasts 6 to 8 weeks with a total of 80 teaching units and takes place on site at our school in Frankfurt. As a rule, you will not have to pay any costs yourself.

Creating strong application documents – CV, cover letter, digital application portfolio

Language support from level A2 to B1
At the end of the coaching, you will receive a certificate of participation.
More programmes at a glance
Besides JobPerspektive, we offer two further programmes, each with its own funding model: Digital & Job, a two-week one-to-one coaching programme for basic digital skills (AZAV-funded), and Dialog & Digital, a 16-week group course on communication and digital education that can be funded with an education voucher (Bildungsgutschein).

What does AZAV certification mean for you?
Thanks to our AZAV certification, selected courses can be funded through the Jobcenter or the Agentur für Arbeit (Federal Employment Agency).
This means: with a "Bildungsgutschein" (education voucher) or an "Aktivierungs- und Vermittlungsgutschein" (AVGS), participation in certain educational programmes may be significantly reduced in cost — or even free of charge.
At the same time, the certification gives you confidence.
It demonstrates that our courses are clearly structured and focused on practical, goal-oriented learning — whether for your career, job interviews, or simply for confident communication in everyday life.

New in Frankfurt: German Language Course with Learning Support for a Confident Start
Our Lernstudio in Frankfurt is launching a new course format: an intensive German language course with individual learning support. It is designed for people who want to learn German at their own pace and with personal guidance.
This course is particularly beneficial for learners who have little or no prior experience with foreign language learning. It also provides targeted support for those who are familiar with the Latin alphabet but rarely read or write in everyday life.
If you would like more time to understand and revisit German grammar and vocabulary, this course is exactly right for you.
